[Talking Tech] As much as we like talking about e-scooters and ride-hailing, car is still king outside of big cities. In Milton Keynes, a small city near London, an on-demand electric bus service was launched last Friday. But ViaVan, which is backed by the UK Transportation Office, is not the only contender.
